POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

If candidates have any questions or concerns about their program, progress or relationship to other students or teachers, we encourage communication with the studio manager. We will do our best to resolve any difficulties immediately.

If a student has special needs, please let our studio manager know when enrolling. 

Impart prides itself on having highly qualified and trained artists/mentors working with all students. If a student wishes to prepare his/her portfolio with us, specific to a particular design or art, school or college we should be notified at the time of enrolment.

COACHING

We are entitled to change the coach/mentor for a particular batch without any prior notification to the students.

In case the regular coach/mentor for a particular batch is absent, another coach/mentor shall take the class as proxy without prior information to the students.

DISPUTE

In the unfortunate case of any dispute the decision of Impart Management shall be final. Court of jurisdiction shall be Kolkata-INDIA.

This principle guides everything that we strive to achieve.

All your correspondence with us is completely private and confidential. All the information provided by you as a registered user is never shared with any individual or third party unless you explicitly inform us to do the same.

The information provided by you is only used to serve your needs better and make your experience at our site more enjoyable.

Fees once paid are not refundable in case of non-joining of classes.

The fees shall not be refunded under any circumstances if the classes are not taken.

Fees are subject to change by the management as and when deemed fit.

Fees are only paid for by the month (not by the class), and the fee stays the same for months that have either four or five weeks.

Fees should be paid in the last class of each month to secure the student’s place for the following month. 

If you are availing discount of renewing for multiple months then the payment has to be together and not in installments. 

Rights of renewal is reserved by the management of Impart.
